A 34-year-old Oklahoma man killed his step-father with an atomic wedgie.

I didn't know you could still be in middle school at 34-years-old.

According to NewsOK, Brad Lee Davis admitted to killing his step-father back in December of 2013 “in the heat of passion while defending myself in a fight that got out of hand and went too far.”

According to an autopsy, the victim, Davis' 58-year-old step-father, Denver Lee St. Clair, died when the elastic band of his torn underwear was pulled over his head, and ended up around the front of his neck, cutting off his air.

In an interview given the day after his arrest, Davis claimed that he knocked his step-father out, then gave him the atomic wedgie. In a second interview given 10 days later, Davis claimed that the atomic wedgie was given prior to knocking out St. Clair.

The fight broke out, according to Davis, after his step-father called he and his mother worthless. St. Clair had filed for divorce in September.

Davis was first charged with first degree murder, but the charge was lessened to first degree manslaughter.

If you're not quite sure what an atomic wedgie is, urban dictionary gives a pretty straight forward answer:

When one is still in undewear (sic) and someone pulls up on the waistband and tries to pull it over the recivers (sic) head.
