Louisiana Remains One Of Top States For Flu Activity
Doctors warn Louisiana residents to get the flu vaccine, as we remain one of the top states for flu activity.

The total number of pediatric deaths nationwide has risen to 37. A second child from Louisiana died friday, Jan. 3, according to the state Department of Health and Hospitals.
But, DHH stimates that as many as 500 deaths in the state since October could be the result of the flu.
Officials are urging residents to get the flu shot to protect themselves from the spread of this virus.
