A Homer, La. man was killed after trying to hook up illegal cable.

Police Chief Russell Mills told KTBS that 45-year-old Russell Moseley was possibly electrocuted after being tangled in power lines while trying to hook up cable for a resident of low-income housing apartments.

An autopsy was ordered, and Moseley's body was sent to Little Rock, Arkansas for the procedure.

A resident of the apartments is under investigation of possible theft of utilities.
