The Louisiana Legislature will once again consider medical marijuana dispensaries. Do you think they should make it legal?

When the Louisiana Legislature reconvenes for their spring session, they will once again consider medical marijuana.

Rep. Dalton Honore, D-Baton Rouge, has pre-filed a bill that would allow for marijuana to be dispensed and distributed for medical purposes.

Rep. Honore said that the polls show 80% of people are in favor of it.

The Legislature actually legalized marijuana for medical purposes back in 1991. A year later, doctors were able to prescribe it. The problem is, there's no law about the dispensaries of marijuana.

Gov. Bobby Jindal also indicated that he would back it.

With all of that said, what do you think about it?
