Louisiana Jeepers Deliver Supplies to Laura Victims

The Louisiana Jeepers had a supply drive last week, in hopes of collecting much-needed relief items for our friends in the Lake Charles area. Judging by this video, Acadiana really came through.

Donations of water, food, tarps, fuel, cleaning supplies, personal hygiene products, and even pet food poured in to at the Jeepers' event over a few days, especially this past Saturday, the final day of the drive. On Sunday, the Jeepers conveyed to Hurricane Off-Road in Lake Charles to deliver the supplies and cook a hot meal for anyone who needed it.

I have been an honorary member of the Louisiana Jeepers since its inception, and I'll say that it is an awesome feeling to see my fellow Jeepers coming together for a great cause.
