Louisiana Casting Call Announced For New Tom Hanks Movie
Have you ever wanted to be in the movies? Well then here is your chance to be in a movie starring Tom Hanks. Hanks' latest project is a film called Greyhound. It's a World War II movie and it is being filmed in Baton Rouge. This is where you come in.
Officials with Central Casting are looking to place extras in the film during an open casting call that is set for Tuesday, January 23rd at the East Baton Rouge Parish Library located at 7711 Goodwood Blvd in Baton Rouge. The casting call time is from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

According to the Central Casting website here is the basic synopsis of the film.
Set during World War II, a career officer is finally given command of a Navy destroyer and along with the enemy fights his self-doubts and personal demons to prove he belongs.
The film will star Hanks and is to be directed by Aaron Schneider.
