Local Sites for National ‘Drug Take Back Day’ April 27th

The National Prescription Drug Take Back Day will be held in Louisiana on Saturday April 27th, with sites set up throughout the state. The DEA is sponsoring this nationwide event to 'provide a safe, convenient, and responsible means of disposing of unused or expired prescription drugs, while also educating the general public about the potential for abuse of medications'.
