Local MMA Fighter Tim Credeur Booked On Drug And Weapons Charges

Local MMA fighter Tim Credeur was booked on drug and weapons charges in the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center according to Lafayette Parish booking records. Keep reading to find out the situation. 

Tim Credeur spent some time in UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) gaining a record of 12-4. When he came back to the Acadiana area he opened up an MMA school called Gladiators Academy of Lafayette.

According to Lafayette Parish booking records, the MMA fighter turned coach/trainer wasarrested and booked into the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center earlier today on one count of misdemeanor marijuana possession and carrying a concealed weapon.

Credeur, who owns Gladiators Academy in Lafayette has had great success in training fighters and mentoring young boys through programs he offers at his gym.

A mother recently posted, “My son has been with Gladiators Academy of Lafayette for almost 3 months now and its amazing how much of a little man he has become!”

As of publication, Credeur was being held on a $5,500 bond.
