There have been 144,116 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Louisiana. That's 550 more reported cases since yesterday.

Numbers show that there are 930 reported COVID-19 patients currently hospitalized. That's 11 fewer patients in the hospital since yesterday.

141 patients are on ventilators across the state. That 11 fewer patients on ventilators since yesterday.

The total number of deaths due to COVID-19 is 4656 That is 33 more reported deaths since yesterday.

As of today, 118,120 COVID-19 patients are presumed to have recovered, as of August 17th.

Lafayette Parish: 8,136 total cases, 106 total deaths

(Down 32 reported cases since yesterday, Up 3 reported deaths since yesterday)

Iberia Parish: 2,686 total cases, 81 total deaths

(Up 16 reported cases since yesterday; No reported deaths since yesterday.)

St. Martin Parish: 1,928 total cases, 54 total deaths

(Up 89 reported cases since yesterday; Up 3 reported death since yesterday.)

St. Mary Parish: 1,739 total cases, 66 total deaths

(Up 13 reported cases since yesterday; Up 1 reported deaths since yesterday.)

St. Landry Parish: 3,006 total cases, 109 total deaths

(Up 5 reported cases since yesterday; Up 1 reported deaths since yesterday.)

Acadia Parish: 2,776 total cases, 93 total deaths

(Up 28 reported cases since yesterday; Up 0 reported death since yesterday)

Evangeline Parish: 1,019 total cases, 24 total deaths

(Up 13 reported cases since yesterday; Up 1 reported death since yesterday.)

Vermilion Parish: 1,789 1,842 total cases, 38 total deaths
