Lafayette Man Arrested For second Time On Animal Cruelty Charge
A Lafayette man has been arrested for the second time in less than six months on charges of animal cruelty. KATC reports 64-year-old Patrick Darcey was arrested Wednesday morning and booked into the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center on charges of cruelty to animals. Darcey was arrested on 17 counts of animal cruelty back in July. More than 25 dogs were removed from a Broadmoor Boulevard home in conjunction with the arrest.
