Lafayette Lane/Bridge Closures in Effect

There are a couple of lane/bridge closures happening in Lafayette this week, according to a couple of press releases from state and local governments.

In effect now, Ambassadory Caffery's westbound outside lane between Morgan Avenue and South Bernard Road nearly two miles west of US 90 is closed today and tomorrow from 4 AM to 2 PM each day, weather permitting, for road work construction.

Also, Rue des Etoiles is closed at the bridge located between Beau Bassin Road and St. Esprit Road until Friday, May 8 as LCG workers will be making repairs at the bridge. There are detour routes available and local access is being maintained.
