The Krewe of Tucks in New Orleans is making it easier, and alot more fun for those krewe members with disabilities this carnival season. For the first time ever, they will have wheelchair accessible floats for members.

WGNO reports that Krewe spokesperson Robert Reichert Jr said "This year we have the first ever wheelchair accessible floats in all of Carnival. This means any wheelchair rider in a power chair or a push chair can be on the float and be secure and safe when they ride in Tucks". He goes on to say that they are happy to provide lifts and ramps for the 12 members who will be riding this year with their wheelchairs. Check out the video below of the newly outfitted floats.
