This guy is a hallucination of sorts for young Donnie Darko. While he isn't usually considered a Halloween movie villain, he's still creepy as hell! Tell me you weren't creeped out when he says 'Why are you wearing that stupid human suit?'

This terminally ill fellow has a failed suicide attempt under his belt that has brought him to a new found respect for what life he has left. And he's gonna punish or make others respect their lives instead of wasting it...in the most creative ways possible! This is one that could be real world if someone was smart enough, which makes it creepier.

An extradimensional realm of creatures and THIS dude that harvest human souls! The name of the movie alone is freaky! HELLRAISER!!!

A crazed family. A dude with a mask made from human flesh a la real life serial killer Ed Gein. A frickin CHAINSAW!!! Anyone with a weird mask and a chainsaw can be Leatherface for Halloween and be easily recognized!

I dare you to look into a mirror and say his name five times! Even in real life while not watching the movie this STILL freaks you out! Tony Todd has made a career out of playing Candyman

Anytime you see a hockey mask, what's your first thought? Jason Voorhies!!! He's died more times than I can count, and still keeps coming back! Plus he never has to run, but is always behind you. And who can forget the "Ch Ch Ch Ch, Hu Hu Hu Hu". And Kevin Bacon

Michael Myers mask is one of the most recognizable horror masks of all time. The original series never told why he was the way he was, which made him pretty damn scary! Some people thought when Rob Zombie explored the back story it might take away from the scariness. I personally kinda dug it!

This severely burned figure who uses a gloved knife hand is one of the scariest in that he kills you in your dreams! Everyone has to sleep! And who didn't want a Freddy glove when you were younger (and by younger I meant yesterday).
