Louisiana legend Jerry Lee Lewis is out of the rehabilitation hospital he was recuperating at, and is gearing up to record a new gospel album. 'The Killer', 83, suffered a stroke on March 1, and has been hospitalized for the last three months. He cancelled all his scheduled appearances for April, May, and June, including a performance at the 50th anniversary of the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival. According to his rep Zach Farnum, the Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame member will be heading into the studio in the next couple of months to start work on a gospel album. He was spotted just before leaving the hospital below. Get well soon, Killer!
