Waiting until the last possible moment, LSU Tigers Head Coach decided to start his #1 pitcher against 19-win Tulane, Friday afternoon in Baton Rouge.
Reaction, was, well...mixed.
Tulane did win the American Athletic Conference Tournament for the automatic bid in the NCAA Tournament. For a 19-win team, they have won four of their last five games and five of their last seven.
The winner of LSU/Tulane plays the winner of Oregon State/Sam Houston St. Saturday night at 8P Central Time. The losers of the Friday's action are scheduled to play 2P Central Time Saturday afternoon.
