Louisiana Woman Warns Others About Tainted Money at Gas Station
There's some dirty money being circulated at gas stations in Louisiana and one woman wants you to be aware of this potential threat.
Charli Falcon shared a photo of a fake $100 bill in her covered hand and she says that she discovered it on a gas pump in Lafayette, Louisiana.
When she went to pay for the gas she was about to pump she says she noticed the bill in the card reader but didn't pay much attention to it. However, once she paid attention to the money inserted into the card reader, a white Dodge charger with dark-tinted windows made its way closer to the pumps.
Charli says in her post that she works at a local hospital and that she had protective gloves in her vehicle at the time of her discovery. Charli covered her hands with two layers of gloves and removed the "money" from the gas pump.
According to the viral social media post, the fake money was covered in powder, and once the driver of the vehicle that pulled closer to her noticed that she disposed of the fake bill while wearing protective gloves, they drove away at a high rate of speed.
Again, when you're at a gas pump anywhere you need to be aware of your surroundings, and in the event you see anything that can distract you, ignore it and move on.
Here's the social media post that has gotten thousands of shares, and I encourage you to share this with others so that they too are aware of what is happening at gas stations.
