BOSSIER CITY, La. (KPEL News) - It is always tough to watch our loved ones grow older. It's especially tough when they are in failing health and can't find their way alone. A Bossier City family is facing their worst fears as they search for their loved one. 

Be on the lookout for Ms. Ruby Williams, 68

The Louisiana State Police has issued a Silver Alert on behalf of the Bossier City Police Department for 68-year-old Ruby Williams. She was last seen on Monday, November 11, 2024, at 3985 Airline Drive in Bossier City. She was discovered missing at approximately 10:40 a.m. Williams suffers from a medical condition that affects her judgment and has a documented history of getting lost. LSP received the request to issue an alert at approximately 7:24 p.m. this evening.

Williams is a black female with gray hair and brown eyes. She may be wearing a brown wig. She is 5’8” tall and weighs approximately 120 pounds. Williams was last seen wearing a black shirt, a sleeveless leopard jacket over a black jacket with green and red stripes near the wrist, black pants, and white shoes. She is believed to be traveling on foot in an unknown direction.
