A little over a week has passed since the terror attack that took place in New Orleans, so seeing someone once again trying to intentionally harm people with their vehicle is upsetting to say the least.

Police Officers responded after receiving reports of a reckless driver disturbing the St. Augustine marching band. Authorities say Andrea Davillier II, 33, was intentionally driving her vehicle through the student's practice and made threats after band leaders had asked her to stop multiple times.

The video of one of the times Davillier drove through the students was captured on video a little after 5pm on Wednesday near the intersection of Law and Pauger Street in the 7th Ward according to WWL.

The news outlet reported that Andrea Davillier II, 33, was taken into custody by the New Orleans Police Department and was booked with aggravated assault.

A statement from St. Augustine High School reads:

Thankfully, none of our students were injured. Our band director and assistants safely guided our young men back to the school without further incident. The New Orleans Police Department was notified immediately and responded in the appropriate fashion.

Authorities say they are still investigating the motive behind the incident and ask that anyone with information contact Fifth District detectives at (504) 658-6050. Tips can also be submitted anonymously through Crimestoppers at (504) 822-1111.
