Mold-Infested Candy Sparks Louisiana Health Alert
Louisiana shoppers are being warned about a recall involving a candy product sold at stores across the state.
Customers thought they were reaching into their candy bag to find a piece of delicious chocolate. Unfortunately, they discovered their candy was covered in mold even though the package had never been opened.
As much as I hate to admit it, I do get sucked into the candy aisle by the registers every now and then. It's probably my fault for always going shopping hungry or maybe shopping just works up an appetite. If you have every made an impulse by near the register you will want to make note to avoid this particular product often found in the 'temptation aisle of doom'.
