The Leadership Institute of Acadiana (LIA) is excited to announce the Leadership Lafayette Class XXXVII, an assembly of 36 diverse leaders from a wide array of industries. This group, selected for their achievements and potential, hail from sectors as varied as healthcare, academia, government, and non-profit, demonstrating the program's commitment to a cross-sectional representation of Lafayette's vibrant community.

The 2024 class stands out for its representation of a wide range of industries. The cohort includes leaders from healthcare, such as Dr. Brittny Antoine from Shift Acupuncture and Wellness and Shantell Dugas, MSN, APRN, FNP-C from Ochsner Lafayette General Medical Center. The education sector is represented by professionals like Professor Philip Auter of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and Raven A. Woods, MAT, M.Ed. from LPSS-Carencro Middle School.
