New Opelousas Chick-fil-A Construction to Begin This Month

Construction is set to begin later this month on the brand-new Chick-fil-A location in Opelousas. Here's what we know...

Acadiana loves our Chick-fil-A restaurants. As a result, Chick-fil-A has been expanding quite a bit throughout Acadiana in the past few years.

Chick-fil-A now has five Lafayette locations including Acadiana Mall and UL campus, one in New Iberia, and soon a brand new location in Opelousas.

Developinglafayette.com reports the new Opelousas Chick-fil-A will be located on the "1000 Block of E Landry Street, right next door to CVS and conveniently situated across from Lowe’s in Opelousas, Louisiana."

The Opelousas Chick-fil-A location will be operated independently from the Lafayette locations.

It seems like the new Opelousas location may offer customers a slightly different, unique experience.

Construction on the new Opelousas location is expected to take anywhere from 4 to 6 months and possibly opening this Fall.
