The Powerball game has not produced a jackpot winner since much earlier this year. In fact, it was this past September that two tickets, one sold in Texas and the other sold in Missouri, matched all the numbers needed to claim the game's top prize.

Oh, that top prize? It was over $1 billion, yes, with a "b". But still, the Powerball jackpot we're currently "working on" is fast approaching that "$1 billion" mark, but it will take at least three more drawings for it to get there.

What Were The Powerball Numbers for December 6, 2025?

Speaking of drawings, here's your first chance to check your ticket. Here is the Powerball drawing from Saturday, December 6th, 2025.

As you can see, host Randy Traynor says the amount in play, at least at the time of the drawing, was $841.4 million. And no, nobody won it. There were no tickets that matched all the numbers needed to claim the jackpot prize.

There were four tickets sold around the country within the Powerball footprint that matched all five of the white ball numbers. By rule, that is a prize of one million dollars. The one-million-dollar winners were sold in Texas, Florida, and Georgia. Another Match 5 Million winner was sold in New Jersey. The owner of that ticket opted for the Power Play function of the Powerball game, so the prize was doubled to $2 million.

Speaking of the numbers from Saturday's Powerball drawing. The Louisiana Lottery winners' data suggests there were more than 10,000 winning tickets sold in the state for the Powerball drawing on Saturday.  We do know that one of those tickets matched four of the five white balls and the Powerball. The ticket's purchaser also opted for the Power Play, which means their prize was doubled. And yes, that ticket was sold in Acadiana.
