A pig was on the loose in Baton Rouge and it was spotted walking along a busy roadway in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

The huge pig, which may have escaped from a nearby trailer, was seen walking along the Government Street I-10 off-ramp Monday morning.

WBRZ reports that police and animal control were dispatched to the scene, but there's no word if the pig was captured.

A video on social media shows the pig enjoying a walk as traffic zooms by, and you can see in the video that authorities were already on the scene in hopes of containing the huge animal.

And as shocking as this may be, this isn't the first time we've had animals running loose on I-10 in Baton Rouge,

I recall lots of chickens running wild years ago, not far from here, after the truck transporting them crashed and many escaped.

Now, back to the pig, and here's the video of it taking a stroll.
