Two men were arrested in Baton Rouge, Louisiana after they were caught engaging in sexual acts near the U.S.S. Kidd.

WAFB reports that Jerry Hatfield, 57, and Matthew Norris, 48, were charged with sexual acts prohibited in public.

Someone apparently saw the two men engaging in the acts under the ramp that leads to the battleship in Downtown Baton Rouge and that is when they called police.

Officers reportedly arrived just after 1 pm on July 4th and that is when they caught both men with their pants down.

The Baton Rouge TV station reports that both men blamed their counterparts for their actions in public.

The two men accused of the sexual acts in public were taken to East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.

We should note here that on the 4th of July, it is very busy in that part of downtown Baton Rouge as families often arrive early to the area to enjoy fireworks later in the evening.
