Students Enjoy Their ‘Final Ride’ to Eunice High School

(Eunice, Louisiana) - The 2026 school year is coming to an end, and Seniors from one high school in Acadaiana took part in the school's annual tradition.

Often, when Seniors are close to wrapping up their high school years, they take part in various things. In recent years, we've seen some "pranks" go too far, and school administrators have warned seniors not to take things too far in their final days on campus.

However, in Eunice, there is one tradition that Seniors take part in that is great. Seniors from Eunice High School are allowed to hit the road that leads them to the campus one final time on anything they desire.

Eunice High School Senior Tradition

Yes, their final ride to EHS comes in the form of ATVs, Side-By-Sides, and even a horse. With a full police escort, those about to graduate from EHS make their way to school on their final day on their favorite "ride."

Some parents do join in on the fun, and I love that the city of Eunice and the school allow for this tradition to continue. Check out the excitement of these students from Eunice High School as they make their final journey to the campus on their favorite ride.
