It’s Apparently Illegal To Wash Your Car In Your Driveway In New York [Video]

Apparently it's illegal to wash your car in your driveway in New York. A police officer showed up to this guys house claiming that his neighbor called to complain about washing his car in his own driveway. Watch the video and let us know who you think is right/wrong.

In my opinion, the police officer didn't want to be there anymore than the guys wanted him there. Was the law misinterpreted? Or is the law just that ridiculous?
