Is This Another UFO Over Seoul, South Korea? [Video]

After a fit of UFO sightings last November, things seemed to have calmed down a bit. Now, with the publication of this video, I wonder if this will be the first of many. This was shot from an airplane over Seoul, South Korea on Saturday April 7, 2012.
