You read that right. If you're a smoker and thinking about getting plastic surgery, listen to what Dr. Tony Youn went on CNN to say. He warns women who have breast lifts or reductions, that if they smoke, their nipples may turn black and fall off! Yikes!!!

This is apparently due to the fact that cigarette smoke, once introduced to the blood stream acts as a 'virtual tourniquet' to extremities, including the nipples. Watch what Dr. Youn has to say about nipples having to be removed and other plastic surgery woes when you're a smoker.
