The 4th annual Festival du Bon Temps in happening this weekend in Broussard, and Saturday you can participate in the boudin eating contest. It begins at 2:00pm, and you'll have one minute to down as much savory Cajun goodness as possible. The winner gets a $250 cash prize, and a very happy tummy. After getting stuffed to the gills with boudin, stick around for great entertainment.
