Here Is the Promo Code to Get a Free Foot-Long Sub From Subway

Thursday is National Sandwich Day and Subway is giving away foot-long-subs this week. There are two ways to get a free foot-long.

First, if you are traveling on an airplane on Thursday or Friday of this week and are "sandwiched" between two people in the middle seat take a selfie and upload the photo to SubwaySandwichSeat.com. on Thursday or Friday (Nov. 3-4, 2022). Subway will accept entries on both Thursday (Nov. 3) and Friday (Nov. 4). 10,000 free sandwiches will be given away randomly.

All Subway middle seat winners will receive a gift card worth $12.

If you won't be flying anytime this week, you are still eligible for a free foot-long sandwich. Today (Nov. 1) through Thursday (Nov. 3) use the promo code "FLBOGO" on Subway.com or the Subway app and when you buy a foot-long sub you'll get one free.
