Guys Form A Chain To Save A Dog’s Life During Flood [VIDEO]

I don't know where this video took place, but major props to these guys for saving this dog's life.

This happened during a flash flood, which are known for causing major damage and life-threatening situations in minutes. These guys notice a dog trying to swim in the flood waters. They then, form a human chain to rescue the guy.

With all the negative videos out there, this is a good one to see.
