Local authorities are asking the public for help to identify two people who dined at a local restaurant and allegedly left without paying.

Police say that a male and female suspect entered the Fiery Crab on Kaliste Saloom on January 20, 2021. The pair dined and then left the local restaurant without paying.

This is the latest in a string of multiple dine and dash incidents at the Fiery Crab restaurant. I don't have an exact number, but it's at least the third incident in recent memory that involves someone exiting without paying after dining in at the Kaliste Saloom restaurant.

While dining and dashing is never cool, there have been a few times that I've genuinely forgotten to pay at a restaurant (as well as many forgotten debit cards after paying ) and I would be humiliated if my oversight resulted in half the city identifying me on Facebook.

By no way am I victim-blaming the Fiery Crab, but as we see another dine and dash incident at the local eatery, I know it must be frustrating for them to have to keep addressing this problem.
