DWI Checkpoint In Abbeville Set For Friday

If you have plans to go out with family and friends, by all means, have a great time. However, always have a designated driver.

The Abbeville Police Department will be conducting a DWI sobriety checkpoint on Friday, December 18th starting at 9 pm within the Abbeville city limits.

This checkpoint is part of a year-long grant program provided through the Louisiana Highway Safety Commission, designed to improve driver safety and reduce impaired driving.
