A fisherman launched his drone when he noticed a group of sharks in the area.

While it might not be prime beach time, and these sharks don't usually prey on people, it's still pretty alarming to see this many sharks off the coast of Destin.

Robert Hueter, the associate vice president for research at the Mote Marine Laboratory in Sarasota, Florida, said that the sharks in the video are medium-sized black-tip sharks that measure between 5 to 7 feet long.

This video really shouldn't be alarming, though. The black-tip sharks will gather like this at certain times of the year. Right now, the weather is cooling down in the area, so they are more than likely about to head south to warmer waters.

Hueter also mentioned that these types of shark are not generally aggressive, unless a human gets in the way of their feeding on a school of fish near the beach.
