You ready to get an extra hour of sleep this Saturday night? Well, it's time to "fall back" as daylight savings time comes to an end.

So, if you have a wind-up clock or watch or a digital clock that is not your phone, before you go to sleep this Saturday night, set your clock back one hour. At 2am this Saturday, it becomes 1am.

I have always enjoyed fall back more than spring forward. I love to sleep and these days, an extra hour of sleep is very difficult to come by.
