Disney Releases Healthy Gumbo Recipe Then Deletes It

This morning, my news feed is sprinkled with posts with a video from that Facebook page of the Disney movie 'The Princess and the Frog'. For those of you who haven't seen it, the movie is set in Louisiana.

The page posted a video of a "healthy gumbo" recipe. First and foremost, this recipe will upset Cajuns really bad. It isn't even a gumbo. Where is the roux? Where is the rice? Oh wait a minute, this is a healthy recipe. Gumbo is not supposed to be a healthy dish. That is every Cajun's right. Watch the video for this "gumbo" recipe and let us know what you think.

UPDATE: After much backlash from people in South Louisiana, Disney had removed the recipe video from their sites.
