The folks behind the annual fall music festival Cow Island LIVE! will be hosting a spring show on Saturday, April 17th celebrating the new album release from DG & The Freetown.

The concert will be held at the outdoor stage in Cow Island, Louisiana.

Kicking off the evening event will be Highway 691, led by frontman Stephen Segrera. A favorite of past Cow Island LIVE! music festivals, this Vermilion Parish-based group is a crowd favorite that mixes in some old school country with a little rock influence.

DG & The Freetown headline the show with Vermilion Parish native frontman, Dustin Gaspard.

According to organizers of the show, "if you were to take Van Morrison, Otis Redding, Fats Domino, Keith Frank and then sprinkle a little Etta James on top, that's what you get from Dustin Gaspard and his band."

So, if you're looking for a little live music fun under the stars, below holds all the information you need to know.
