Cormier, Jones Will Not Fight Saturday

Daniel Cormier will not be fighting Jon Jones at UFC 200 this Saturday night.

It was announced today Jones has been informed of a possible doping violation.  Jones tested positive for a banned substance in an out of competition sample back on June 16th.

It is not known whether the substance is a performance enhancing drug.

Under the UFC anti-doping program, Jones could receive a two year suspension.

Cormier said he would be willing to fight another opponent but it is unknown whether another opponent can be found on short notice.

A heavyweight fight between heavyweights Brock Lesner and Mark Hunt will now be the headline bout on the card, scheduled for Saturday night.
