Chicago Boy Upset Over Sticker Contest Elimination [Video]

Ok, this is obviously a sweet kid, but I have a hunch his problems are just starting. Chicago native Herbie Pulgar recently entered a sticker design contest to create an image honoring Chicago's men and women in uniform. He won the contest and a $1,000 savings bond. But, wait a minute...not so fast. Judges and city officials have now stated they will not use his art because it displays gang signs! Well, I don't know about you, but something tells me this kid is NOT IN A GANG. Shake it off Herbie...shake it off.
