I'm sure you have heard about the controversy surrounding Toronto, Ontario, Canada Mayor Rob Ford. He has been caught on camera smoking crack cocaine. Of course, since the video was released, he is getting a hard time from EVERYONE, except one famous individual, Charlie Sheen.

Sheen has reached out to Ford via his official Twitter account, claiming that he wants to be "bros" with the Toronto mayor. Crack smoking bros? Well, he doesn't say.
