A San Antonio man is having the worst week ever brought on by his own stupidity. 24 year old Dennis Molina was shot in the anus after burgling a man's home. Police cracked the case when they heard about his hospital entry over their radios.

Inquisitr reports:

Molina and another unnamed man were at Miguel Sandoval's house at 3am. Molina removed a toolbox from the bed of a 2003 Ford F-150 pickup truck.

Sandoval “heard noise on the porch of his house” and “saw and heard the doorknob move as someone tried to open the door.”

He had been the victim of theft about 2 weeks prior.

When Sandoval saw the two men they were on his front porch. He grabbed his rifle, opened his laundry room window, and aimed the gun.

Sandoval then called out to the two men, "You better leave. I have a gun."

Molina obviously didn't take the threat seriously, because he began walking toward Sandoval. That's when Sandoval opened fire. He later admitted that he wasn't sure if Molina was armed or not.

The two men now took the threat seriously, and got the hell outta there.

When the police arrived, they didn't find any blood at the scene, but minutes later heard a call come over the radio that, a 24-year-old man had hobbled in to Metropolitan Methodist Hospital after getting “shot in the anus or somewhere close to that area,”

He was rushed to San Antonio Military Medical Center where the bullet was removed. No updates have been issued at this time.
