Bossier City Police responded to the call from the Courtyard Marriott Boardwalk where police found illegal substances in Billy the Exterminator’s room. William (Billy) and Mary Bretherton turned themselves in after a crime lab confirmed that the substance was synthetic marijuana and warrants were issued for their arrest. They’ve both been released on bond.
