Big Alligator Spotted In Gas Station Parking Lot Flooded From Yesterday’s Weather! [Video]

As rain soaked South Louisiana yesterday morning, flood waters we're pretty much everywhere you looked. When it floods like it did yesterday, critters and creatures of all kinds start floating around and sometimes can wind up places you really don't want em...like a 5 foot alligator in the parking lot of a gas station!

In St. James, La at Golden Grove Truck Stop, this gator was spotted wandering through the parking lot.

"The store employees say they normally see a few small gators in the canal, but Wednesday there was a lot more room in the water.

"I, by the way, kept my distance," Capo said. "I didn't know if it was hungry."
