According to The Daily Mail, the man on the hood was selling shrimp on the side of the road. The driver of the truck pulled over and took his sign. Not to be a victim of such thievery, he then jumped on the hood of the truck. In yet another weird turn of events, the truck dropped him off at the police station. No one was charged with anything.
