‘Assassin’s Creed III’ To Be Set During The American Revolution [Pic]

For all you gamers or sometimes gamers, The new Assassin's Creed game is reportedly going to be set during the American Revolution! The protagonist appears to be, but is not yet confirmed, Native American. As you'll see in the pic after the jump, he carries a bow and arrow, as well as a tomahawk.

Here's a supposed promotional picture that a Best Buy employee presented of the new game according to joystiq.com

The cover shows the protagonist assassin with the original Continental flag in the background, bout to chop a Red Coat's face off with his tomahawk! [The face chopping is pure speculation on my part]

I bought an Xbox 360 just to get the first Assassin's Creed game. I also happen to be a slight history buff, so I'm rather PUMPED for this game!!!

The official release date isn't known yet, but Ubisoft (the makers of the game) previously mentioned that it was tentatively due out in October.
