With tropical storm Isaac moving onshore, the waterways of Acadiana are going  through some very strange phenomena. The water in Lake Peigneur and the  Delcambre Canal has dropped to such a low level, you can see the bottom  of both waterways. Things should return to normal after the
storm  passes.
