Alabama Fan Has Been Sentenced In ‘Teabagging’ Incident
The Alabama fan, who pleaded guilty for 'teabagging' an unconscious LSU fan at a Krystal burger in New Orleans for the 2012 BCS National Championship game, has been sentenced.
Brian Downing, 32, pleaded guilty in October for obscenity charges, and was sentenced to two years in prison. The judge gave him a 'boot camp' type of penalty. He will have to serve at least eight months in prison.
In the video, that went viral right after it happened, he can be seen rubbing his genitals on an unconscious LSU fans face.
