Say hello to my little friend! How many times have you quoted THAT line from Scarface? It seems it didn't quite come out that way, originally.

Movieline got its hands on some never-before-seen outtakes of that scene, which show that Pacino didn’t exactly nail the line on his first try.

In fact, it took Pacino several takes before he got his iconic threat down perfectly. The footage is among the extras that will be including in Universal’s limited edition Blu-Ray release of the film, which hits stores on September 6.
