A Ray Of Sunshine On A Cloudy Day [Picture]

Never has the phrase "you are like a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day" been so appropriate! I snapped this picture outside of the station here around 6PM. You can see the full size picture after the jump.

I also touched it up in Instagram. I think it looks crazier! Tard told me that it looks like the cloud is yelling. What do you think it looks like?
