It’s been something that most of us learned from when we were just a little kid. As soon as you get into a vehicle you need to put on your seatbelt. It’s about being safe and making sure you arrive at your destination in one piece. Also, anyone who is not wearing a seatbelt can receive a citation by law enforcement because it is a crime, but did you know there are some exemptions to the rule? We will discuss the only 6 exceptions to the seatbelt law in the state of Texas.

Why I Will Always Wear My Seat Belt 

In 1994 I lost a cousin in a horrible car accident. The biggest reason that he is not with us anymore is because on that night he decided not to wear a seat belt. I will always remember the pain that my grandparents went through when losing a grandchild. It was probably avoidable, so please, don’t try to come up with excuses on why to not wear a seatbelt. Remember you have a family that loves you, that is a good enough reason to wear your seat belt.
